- How long does delivery take?
In general, 3-7 business days.
(Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
- What countries do you ship to?
We can deliver to the following areas as fast as possible:
United States
Germany
United Kingdom
Germany
Italy
Spain
France
The following areas have a longer delivery time(Almost 10 days):
1. Poland
2. Czech Republic
3. Sweden
Other areas of the world require a month's delivery time, if you are not sure if your area can deliver, please feel free to contact us service@stonful.com

- How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out STONFUL products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. The products will reach you as fast as possible.
- I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.
- Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping method once the product is in transit, but you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder the STONFUL product with exact details.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check your tracking number in time.
- Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. STONFUL will not replace the order or issue a refund.
